Delete Your Injectly Account
You can permanently delete your Injectly account and all associated data. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
If you still have Injectly installed and can sign in, this is the quickest route:
- Open Injectly and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by re-authenticating and typing
DELETE.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app or access to your device, email us from the address associated with your account:
Send it to hello@injectly.fit with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request against your account email before acting on it.
What gets deleted, and when
When you confirm deletion, your account is locked immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 14-day grace period. During that window you can sign back in to cancel. After it ends, we permanently delete:
- your sign-in account (Apple / Google identity in our system),
- all data stored in our cloud — medications, doses, injection logs, protocols, schedules, body weight, and notifications, and
- local copies on any device when the app next signs out.
Deleted data ages out of encrypted backups on a rolling schedule, after which it is no longer recoverable. If you never signed in, your data only ever existed on your device — uninstalling the app, or using "Clear all local data" in Settings, removes it.
