Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws (including Nevada SB 370). It supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes how Injectly handles consumer health data. It is provided as a separate, dedicated notice as those laws require.
1. Categories of consumer health data we collect
Injectly collects only the health-related information you choose to enter to use the app's tracking features:
- Medications, peptides, and the substances you log
- Doses and dose units
- Injection dates, times, routes (e.g. SubQ / IM), and body sites
- Notes you add to a logged dose
- Dose schedules, protocols, cycles, and reminders you create
- Body weight (used by the serum-concentration calculator)
2. Sources of consumer health data
We collect this data from a single source: you, as you enter it directly into the app. We do not buy consumer health data, and we do not derive it from other sources.
3. How we use consumer health data
We use it only to provide the features you ask for — logging, reminders, protocols, the serum-concentration calculator — and, if you sign in, to sync that data across your own devices. We do not use consumer health data for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any AI/ML model.
4. Categories of consumer health data we share
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. The only parties that process it do so solely on our behalf, as service providers / processors, to operate the app:
- Google LLC (Firebase / Google Cloud) — secure cloud storage, authentication (Google Sign-In), and notification delivery, only if you sign in.
- Apple Inc. — authentication only (Sign in with Apple), if you choose it.
If you do not sign in, your consumer health data stays on your device and is not shared with anyone.
5. Affiliates with access
Injectly has no corporate affiliates. No affiliate has access to your consumer health data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm and access the consumer health data we hold about you.
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
- Delete your consumer health data, including by deleting your account.
You can exercise these rights inside the app (Settings > Privacy & Data) or by emailing hello@injectly.fit. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; you may also contact the Washington State Attorney General.
